Active ingredient 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl Nonylic Acid Amide produces tingling heat stimulation that improves the blood flow in the affected area, producing outstanding effects that relieve stiffness and lower back pain in combination with methyl salicylate and anti-inflammatory ingredients such as L-Menthol.

    Lightly bend the film so that the edge of a ROIHI-TSUBOKO™ COOL plaster lifts up slightly.
  • 2
    Pull the lifted part to peel the plaster off the film.
  • 3
    Press your shoulder/neck area with your fingers to find points where there is stiffness.
  • 4
    Calmly aim for the stiff spot and attach the plaster.
  • 5
    For areas that are especially stiff, apply several plasters.
  • 6
    Wait for a short time.
  • 7
    You will gradually feel the effects of the heat stimulation. Enjoy the pleasant feeling of the heat directly soothing the stiffness.
  • 8
    When the stimulating heat sensation stops, remove the plaster.
<Caution>
Be sure to remove ROIHI-TSUBOKO™ before taking a bath. If you take a bath with the plaster attached, you may experience a burning sensation in the area where the plaster is attached.
Be sure to remove ROIHI-TSUBOKO? 30 minutes to one hour before taking a bath.
Please be careful when using ROIHI-TSUBOKO™ in combination with other heat-generating devices (kotatsu foot warmer, electric carpet, disposable heating pads, electric blankets, etc.) as this may intensify the heat stimulation.
